You are solely responsible for any content, prompts, or information you submit to UWriter. We do not endorse, support, or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any AI-generated output. You agree to completely indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims resulting from your use of the generated content.

4. Unilateral Modification of Terms

We may revise and update these Terms of Service from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of UWriter following the posting of revised Terms of Service means that you accept and agree to the changes. It is your responsibility to check this page frequently.

5. Governing Law and Arbitration

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court.
